Hi, I’m Kendra…
Your Small Business Growth Partner
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from nearly every chapter of my life; from being a single mom, to a long-time wellness educator, to a multitasking cosmetologist, to the person who somehow ends up wearing multiple hats at a startup…it’s that small businesses don’t just need “strategy.”
They need support, systems, and someone in their corner who actually understands what it feels like to build something from scratch while juggling everything else life hands you.
That’s where I come in.

From Onboarding to Operations — My TownSites Journey
I started with TownSites part-time, helping onboard new customers.
But startups grow fast — and so did I.
As new needs popped up, I stepped in.
Community partner relationships? I took them on.
Content department restructuring? I jumped in.
Streamlining internal processes, supporting client success, organizing operations? I worked with the team to connect the moving pieces between departments.
My “title” evolved, but what matters more is this: I learned the layers of the platform and how to use it to help real small businesses grow.
Today, I help entrepreneurs use TownSites tools to simplify and scale their marketing with:
• Easy, SEO-friendly content that gets found
• Google Business Profile optimization
• Local Service Ads setup and troubleshooting
• CRM setup, automation flows & lead follow-up
• Reputation management with reviews
• Social and community-building strategy
• Clear systems that save time (and sanity)
Why I Love Helping Small Businesses
Because I am one.
And I’ve been building businesses for over a decade.
My 12+ Years as a Young Living Leader
Before TownSites, I spent more than 12 years as a Young Living Essential Oils Platinum Level Independent Consultant — leading a team of 2,000+ members, hosting classes, building community, managing education, and helping my team bring in over $1M in annual sales.
I learned how to:
• Mentor people with heart and practicality
• Break down complicated information into something actionable
• Create systems, trainings, and guides
• Lead with connection, authenticity, and education
• Build a community where people actually feel supported
Those skills now shape the way I support entrepreneurs today.
Supporting Wellness Through Youth Fuel + Telehealth
I’ve also expanded into helping people access telehealth support and GLP-1 prescriptions through Youth Fuel — safely, affordably, and with guidance.
And here’s the truth:
Most people who seek out GLP-1s want more than weight loss.
Through Youth Fuel, I’ve helped individuals experience:
• reduced inflammation
• quieter “food noise”
• steady energy instead of crashes
• improved mood
• better sleep
• stabilized blood sugar
• more mobility and less joint pain
• long-term wellness that fits into real life
For so many, the benefits go far beyond the scale; it’s about feeling in control, supported, and more like themselves again.
Helping people get access to real medical support (without stigma or overwhelm) fits naturally into the heart of everything I do: empowering people to feel better, live better, and move forward with confidence.

And Then There’s Mom Life…
Being a single mom means:
- • working during extracurricular practices
- • answering messages in the school parking lot
- • organizing operations with a kid doing homework next to me
- • building businesses in the in-between moments
My daughters inspire every part of my work.
They remind me why community matters.
Why local businesses matter.
Why flexibility matters.
And why we need tools that make life easier, not harder.
My Work Always Comes Back to Community
Whether it’s wellness, beauty, local business, or digital marketing…
the common thread is connection.
I love:
• using TownSites tools to bring visibility to the people who make our communities strong
• supporting small owner-operators who do it all themselves
• empowering entrepreneurs who just need a partner, not a pitch
• helping local service pros increase their lead flow
I’m warm, collaborative, strategic, honest, and very much “let’s roll up our sleeves and figure this out together.”

Fun Things About Me (Because Business Should Still Feel Human)
• I believe “done with grace” is better than “done perfectly,” mostly because perfect has never shown up at my house.
• My playlists are absolute chaos: worship music, 90’s throwbacks, pop, country, and whatever my kids are obsessed with this week.
• I can go from discussing SEO strategy to passionately defending my love of hot dogs in under 3 seconds.
• I may not get to the gym as much as I used to, but I can carry 17 grocery bags in one trip like it’s a competitive sport.
• I still do hair out of my home…need a haircut?
• Local communities are my favorite place to grow connection.
• And I believe marketing doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.

If You’re a Small Business Looking for Support… Let’s Talk
Not everyone needs full-time help.
But everyone deserves someone who can take the overwhelm off their plate, simplify their marketing, and help them show up online with confidence.
If you’re ready to see whether working together would be a good fit,
let’s connect and talk about what you need.
I’d love to support you — your business, your story, your health, and your community.
